Black and Decker multi voltage charger

[VE6NAP]

have recently been asked to look at a damaged Black and Decker Multivoltage charger model # BDMVC-CA

Due to the failure I am not able to determine several component values

The circuit board uses W1A and W2A transistors
I belive the W1A is a surface mount version of the popular 2N3904
and the W2A is the surface mount version of 2N3906
