problem has been detected and windows has been shut down to prevent damage to your computer.
DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL
if this is the first time you've seen this stop error screen'
restart you computer. If this screen appears again, follow this steps:
Check to make sure any new Hardware or software is properly installed. if this is a new installation, ask your hardware or software manufacturer for any windows updates you might need.
If problems continue, disable or remove any newly installed hardware or software. Disable BIOS memory options such as caching or shadowing. If you need to use safe mode to remove or disable components, restart your computer, press f8 to select advanced start up options, and then select safe mode.

Hi guys; it´s me again and this time with good news,my vaio A-195EP it´s up and running again, cross my fingers, after pulling my hair, almost had it sent to the dempster, what i did, don´t ask me cause not sure, most nothing besides downloading all windows updates, without it being shutting down, including Sp3 and all new drivers and using wireless card, which i had a hard time to configure, instead of through the wire card connection, which i suspect is the fault one? in conjunction of moving the laptop to a different power strip,
now it runs like a champ, also took out the battery cause it´s dead can´t hold the charge no more. To tell you the truth this computer stuff is hard when it comes to software and hard ware problems, but this is the way one learns much, specially if you´re like me with no schooling in computers at all,all i know has been learned the hard way, and by myself. |

An unfortunate experience. Maybe the computer was turned off during a previous windows update session? And/or one of those drivers you replaced was corrupted.. the DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL message might relate to that.
Anyway, persistence paid off that time. Well done. |
