I have a unit in bad shape due to rat infestation.I had to resort to complete dis assembly. Hoping to restore the unit or at least the amplifier section. The receiver section would certainly pose a big problem. I have the schematics but would greatly appreciate a parts layout specially for the rf section.I can identify the i.f.'s and tuning capacitors but am totally blind regarding the fixed and adjustable coils.

By the way. How do I upload images. Thanks.

Circa 60's tube receiver. Not sure when to find a parts layout.
Perhaps may have better luck on Antic radio or DIY forums?
Always preferred tube audio myself and no doubt you have one there. Cool

Mentioned Rat infestation(one of the most corrosive). If inside any of the RF transformers, more likely need replacement but necessary to have equipment for re-calibration process.

No provision for image upload on the forum. Use any of the image hostings and link.

Thanks for the reply. It seems only the chassis was affected but I was able to restore it. The I.F.s only showed teeth marks on the aluminum cans but no penetration whatsoever. Am planning to restore only the FM section but am also considering putting in a modern solid state tuner. I am no longer trying to achieve original condition as I intend to hand this over to my children after I'm gone.
