Hi I just past my test I have got a old Mercedes slk and the battery died so after replacing I lost the radio I need a code if ang one could help that would be amazing

Name Blaupunkt san remo
From a Mercedes 2002 slk r170
Serial number bp116011114501
Other codes on the back of radio are as follows
7641160310
And
E1021845

I hope someone can help many thanks Jamie
