Hi, I can ask you how to unlock the radio where the wrong PIN code was entered 3 times and the 4 error display is lit. VIN VF32CKFXF40471366

Just leave the radio turned on until it resets , it can be some time so put the ignition on the first position so the battery doesn't run down ( or while on a long trip ! ) To see if we can supply the correct code we would need all the information from the case of the radio ( removal instructions at www.fitaudio.com ) unfortunately only the main dealer can supply codes from the VIN number !
