Canon Service manuals

Hi,
A while back I noticed there were canons service manuals available for free download. Namely the ip4000 etc.

Have these been taken down or what??? I cant find anything at all for the IP range !!! Sad

Ive tried searches and keep going around and around in circles getting nowhere.
