I doubt that you have problem located in your PSU section, based on my experienced , found mostly to all TV totally dead are the Switching Regulator IC and Power Transistors,open fusible resistor and shorted diodes. |

Ok , I solder relay shut and power comes up. then smoke comes out on board,
What I do now?

why relay? you should check first shorted components step by step like diodes and transistors, you have to resolder it so that you would knew if it is shorted.How about fusible resistor have you checked it already? |

Its not easy to come up in tv troubleshooting. you have to learn first what are the basic troubleshooting, diagrams, component test and voltage measurement. first you have to check fuse, bridge diode in low voltage supply, regulators, horizontal output, fusible resistors and so on.. |

I agree with rollydevenecia`s comment ,if you are not familiar how to test electronics parts,dont do it bec. you will damage some expensive parts on your TV set. |
