hello, I've this problem with a TV KV-29f2u After start on sound is ok, but the picture appear only after 10min... and then blinking
(D618 ready replaced no different)

any help appreciated...

Resolder flyback and all around the supp.Check R117 TO 2K C201 TO 0U1F IC3 8-795-4-47-61

if picture is also lacking contrast and has a tint to it it is likely the crt has aged to the point where the auto grey scale can no longer get a satisfactory balance, no real cure other than replacement of crt.

I took IC3 out clean and put back and just resolder R117,C201(read ok)
TV working ok now.
