Had this philips tv for a year and once I turn it on the led stays on, the picture turns on for a split second then turns off then the tv just turns on and off a couple times while making a ticking noise. Can anyone help me??

Replace horizontal driver transistor 7461 NTE123AP and C2455 47uf@25v.
