I have a Grundig Tv Model T-51-540 , when i switched it on it's having chik, chik, chik.... sound & the power LED is blinking. It is having power problem that's the voltage in the power supply is reading infinite voltage & when i measure voltage in the Horizontal Transistor the voltage starts normal & then goes infinite & when i took out the Horizontal ( BU508D ),swich the Tv & check the voltage on the HOT it's reading normal ( 130v), but in the power supply it's still infinite And when i check the tansitsor itself it's ok. So what could be the problem , help me please.

Not familiar with the set in question, but your description sounds very much like a problem with electrolytic cap(s) drying up. ---more likely in the front end of the power supply. I would suspect any low value electrolytic. need to investigate further--can not be more specific.

Hope that helps
