Trying to download JVC HRS7000EK - but no luck....

Hi!
I can't seem to get a download working (JVC HRS7000EK). Whith what programs are you all getting downloads working (I have tried Netscape/IE) ?

I see no problem with the file
Download accelerator like Dap or GetRight might not work.
Please, check if your browser accepts cookies

I disabled Norton internet security and it worked...
I would like to share my Textronix phaser 740 service manual if anyone is interested. I have to scan and pack it firstly.
