Hi guys, I have a 32HLV16 Toshiba 32" LCD TV set with built in DVD player and is identical to the 32HLV66 set. The problem with the set is that anything related to analog video, such as S-Video, composite, and component, does not work at all. It yields no picture at all and the analog TV tuner doesn't work at all either. Some broadcast analog channels barely show up and is really really badly distorted. The built in DVD player does not show any video either, but the TV detects a DVD put in and will switch to that input. Any ideas on how to fix this? Thanks.

Does the menu work? Do you have the input lock on? Reset Factory Defaults
To reset all settings and channels to their factory
default values:
1 Press Y and open the Setup menu.
2 Highlight Installation and press T. A new set of
Installation menu icons will appear.
3 Open the System Status menu, highlight System
Information, and press T.
4 Press C c to scroll through the menu bar to select
Factory Defaults.
5 Enter your PIN code (or 0000 if no PIN code has been set).

Yeah I just tried that again and still no go. It still acts the same way. Audio works fine on all inputs it is just the video input that does not work. Anyone know how to fix the analog portion of this TV set?

Did you try the reset, or # 75004720 is the seine/signal board. This set only has a power supply, low b, and seine. Try the reset if that doesn't work 1-800-631-3811 and bitch up a storm. Next step is #75004720

If you are talking about the factory reset in the menu, then I have already tried that.

Call Toshiba and see if you can get them to at least pay for the seine board.

Any suggestions on how to get Toshiba to pay for the seine board? I tried calling and email several times and no go. The board itself is so expensive.

I have the same problem with my 32hlv16. Did you ever resolve the problem? Thanks for the help.
