The one I mainly use is CPC, the daughter company of Farnell, they have wide range of everything, their catalogue is as thick as a phonebook.

One good spare parts supplier that seems to active all over Europe is Nedis, www.nedis.com . However, when needing general electronic components, i prefer to buy from RS Components, Farnell or Elfa, then there is less risk of getting suspect off-brand parts.
In all cases, it should be possible to order parts from the respective equipment manufacturer's national service organization.
