Interesting problem of BUSH WS6680SIL

Hi there,

I found a BUSH WS6680SIL type widescreen tv.

When i power it up,i hear two bird chirp like sounds from the inside.I takes it apart,and figured out that these two sounds comes from two different parts.When the first chirpchirp-finished exactly after the second starts,and this all takes maybe two seconds.

After i can turn on the tv(the power led lights),with the channel select button,but no picture and the screen crackling very intensively,and no reaction to any buttons.I don't try leave it in that stage fearing about the screen overloading and blowing up.

I think it mustn't be too much problem,but i'm only an amateur,so if anybody have some idea,please share.

I try to find out some schematics,but still nothing.I feel that the problem can be solved by changing those two parts,but an experienced tv repairer maybe can tell me more about this.
