LCD Grundig LCD 51-4505 Top VSYNC Problem

Hello,

I have a VSYNC Problem on Davio 20" (LCD CONTROLLER: U200/GM2221/GM5221/GENESIS).
Power supply/capacitors are OK. Factory settings applied.
I think that the TV processor VCT49X3FPZF1000 is not working properly(when I ground VSYNC from it, video signals added after(e.g. on-display menu) have no VSYNC problem anymore)
Any ideas/help are very welcome.
