Pc Monitor truble AOC and Giant Optics

Hi, is there anybody who can help me about AOC Computer monitor model number:5EN. The Problem is on screen monitor has lack of horizontal width and the picture information compressed vertically. So, when i checked it i found out that the 2 unknown value of resistors burned out going to the drain terminal of 2 Power Mosfet IRF630N. Is the poissibly damage by this problem?
And my second problem was the Giant Optics Computer Monitor Model: Gl-1556, the problem is the the led power display continous flashing into red. when i checked it i trace that there is no output on PWM Contrtoller IC;KA3842B, is this the cuase of trouble?
