Need Service Manual of Kikushi cos 5040 Oscillscope

Hi all :

My oscillscope Kukishi cos 5040 (40MHz 2 channel) is very old (23 years). Recently the horizontal sweeping is not function.

I am trying to fix it by myself. But need the service manual. Dose any one have it? Or do you know where to find it ?
