Hi guys, .1ohm 1/2 fuse resistor measures .3ohm is this right?

I'd say it is OK. Probably what you are measuring is the additional Lead/connector resistance of your meter that adds to the .1ohms.
While I have seen where fusistors go up in value but it would be a lot more than point ohms and it is rare.

Thanks vtech; i think you're right, with further checking ,
i found out that my 87 fluke when toughing probes together i get .2ohm
then since i measure .3ohm in the resistor then .2 ohm of the meter + .1ohm of the resistor make .3ohm.

OR .3 ohm displayed minus .2 ohm meter error gives .1 ohm of the resistor
