I NEED SERVICE MANUAL OR REPAIR TIPS FOR THESE TWO TELEPHONE EQUIPMENTS.

Model : Panasonic KX-T206HBX.

The first one is having no ringer through the extensions when you connect ordinary telephones, but it works with the other Hybrid telephones.

The second one which is the same model is having trouble with extension 21 or jack 1, and when you connect a hybrid telephone to it there is no display or any other function but there is voltage (15v and 30v present at the output jacks.
Can any one help me to rectify these troubles. Please do the needful.
