The receiver powers up, displays correctly and shifts display to all functions. However, it produces no sound. The amp section seems to be working in that it gets very slightly warm and all transistors the same.
I do not have the remote for this receiver. Could it be that the sound was muted by the remote and cannot be restored at the receiver? I performed a reset with no change.
Any suggestions? |

No.
Remote operations are generally cancelled after power off.
While I have lots of Denon info, I do not have the AVR900 manual. Isn't there a protection relay? |
