wharfedale w42h40pe no picture or sound

Hi i have wharfedale w42h40pe 42 inch the other day my younger brother was playing on the PS3 and suddenly it just gone off i tried conecting other thinks to it using scart and hdmi but i still get no picture or sound with no sound or picture i opened it up and checked for bad capacitors as suggested by a friend but there all good i was also recommended that it my be the X-Sustain board so i bought a new one and replaced it but this did not solve the problem any help would be really appreciated
