NEI 2031T EEPROM Corruption & Philips VR740 Repair

Hi!!!

Can anyone help me with these two please?

1) The first problem I have is an NEI Teletext 20" TV fitted with the Indiana 100 chassis whose MDA2061/2062 has become corrupted!!!!

Can anyone point me in the direction of either:-

a) A suitable EEPROM dump for it OR:-
b) Reprogramming instructions?

2) The second difficulty is a Philips VR740 which has stalled showing "2"
in the display and its loading motor runs very, very slowly!!!! Is this a mode-switch fault or something more serious? I do have a service manual for the machine.
