JVC c-13wl3 Schematics

Does anyone have schematics for this little 13" Monster?

I have a strange problem: All works OK, EXCEPT:

There is a Rainbow color band from top to bottom of screen.

Top starts in deep blue and bottom ends up in green.

A bad cap somewhere?
