magnavox model#6p5451c102 unstable picture NEED HELP NOW!!!

I just replaced resistors at r404 and r403 and fixed a slight picture distortion. Now the picture is flickering. The whole time it is on it flashes little white bursts through all three lenses. I have checked and double checked to make sure all the wires are hooked up and in the right place. I just can't seem to figure out what the problem is. PLEASE HELP!!!!!!
