Bauknecht wa725s washing machine problem

Dear sir,
I am writing about an old washing machine named Bauknecht wa725 which I found in the house I moved in recently. It has two problems:
1.The first problem is the motor that rotates the clothes won't start to rotate unless I rotate it manually.
2.The second problem is that the water inside the machine won't drain so I have to do it manually.
So any help from your side would be much appreciated. Any service manual or User manual that can help. Since I don't have enough money to buy a new washing machine .
