Thomson Freeview Receiver DTI 2300

Hi Anybody Know anything about these freeview setop boxes.

Will give the green led after some time form switching on. However there is no output from either the rf or scart aocket. pressing the channel up down buttons on the unit causes the red led to flash but this will only happen for two button presses then nothing.
Trying to turn the unit off via the o/o switch has no effect. Also if the unit is connected to the mains and nothing further is done the green led will light after a while by its self. Can't seem to find anny info on line at all.
