Anyone help!? TV changes channels on its own. Even the volume icon will occasionally pop up.you let go long enough you cant even turn it off unless you unplug it or use cable remote. Tv remote wont kill the power.you cant even manually turn it off once it gets going.ive tried bring up the menu to erase all but channel 3 ( the cable and dvd player come in on that channel. ) but it starts flipping out on me before I can do much of anything. Anything I can do? Or is fryed?? Thanks!

Remove the front panel operation switches. One or more are 'leaky.' Set should then be controllable with the remote.

One guy told me to replace my MAIN SYSTEM CONTROL MEMORY IC FAULT. where do I get that part and how do I replace it?

Humor me. "Float" one pin on each of the 6 front panel switches as a test. If the channel/volume changing issues go away your MAIN SYSTEM CONTROL MEMORY IC is fine. Then you can decide whether to replace ALL six switches or just to use a remote control.
