My 650VA APC UPS is malfunctioned,no power on battery points

Some pls help me. My 650VA APC UPS while energized does not have power on the 3 battery source point of the ups but only on the one and only surge point on the device and when d-energized, the reverse is the case, power comes on the batery source point and the surge point doesnt have power. what can i do to rectify my ups. somebody pls help me
