tv ctc195 beeps when i try to turn it on, does not turn on

Hi, my tv was on, working well, no issues. It made an odd sound that I had never heard before, then the picture went black. I turned it off, using the button on the actual tv, not a remote, then tried to turn it back on. It didn't turn on, instead it makes a constant beeping noise. The beeps don't stop immediately after unplugging it, they fade away in 3-4 weak sounding beeps, then they stop. Can this be fixed?? I really like my tv!!
