Konka CTV K3466 Chopper shorting instantly

Konka CTV K3466
Blows chopper transistor instantly on switch-on. Replaced drive IC and all electros, checked opto on our opto checker, desoldered one end of all diodes and non-electros, checked for leakage and correct values, checked all components in feedback loop. Help! It's driving me nuts! Does anyone have a circuit?

Don't disconnect The diode for the circuit that does the feedback.
Try using a lightbulb in series with the P/S if you don't have an autotransformer.
Have you checked the low and high value resistors?

This is all I can suggest for the moment.

try to check the error corection ckt.near the opto ithink the problem lies there and try first to hang the horizontal output before plugin in
