duet washer setting HF code???

i recently bought a used washer from a friend with a problem. It is setting a HF code and failing C:03 test. I did some slight diag and thought that the CCU had failed so ordered that and replaced it and still having the same problem. When you run the diag it does not pump out any hot water at test C:03 and then fails test? Any help would be great thanks
