Philips PM3200X osciloscope

The focus control does not work the trace is blur. The intens control does not work, The potenciometer is ok the 1500 is ok. Could some ripple or filtering ? Please help

That is an ancient one. It may be a bad tube however you must have the 1500v and 90v on either end. It can also be filter cap(s) in power supply.
Focus pin#8 should change around 140~275V.
That will give you an idea. Check resistors in between the two voltages.
