The fault is that when going into the menu i cannot get into setup when i press the set up button in the menu nothing happens the same happens with the input sign can anybody help many thanks Paul.

Have you had the set since it was purchased brand new or is the set New-to-You?

Turn to page 52 and perform the initialization (factory reset).
