Radio code for Skoda Fabia

Hi,
I am hoping to get my wife's car radio working again. We don't seem to have been given the unlock code for it and are currently locked out after having to remove the fuse.
Skoda Fabia with Dance radio, serial number SKZ7Z3G0010254

I've read mixed results from going to main dealers but if anyone can crack it
you'd save me a lot of time and effort.

Thanks for the reply. I'll get on to the main dealer today and hopefully they won't charge me...., too much anyway!
