I Need code unlock PHILIPS 22 DC501/62

First of all, sorry for my very bad english.

I have a Philips 22 DC501/62 car in my old Renault 19 Td car. I have not used it during the last ten years ago.
So I have put the autoradio in a Nissan Patrol and it asks for the code . I have this code "1770" in manual book but it does not work.. I have tried several times but there is no way.

In the chassis RN501FR9020371
In the top label 77 00 834 516 - - -
In the same label 9022 215 01629

This is Possible unlock it ?

Tanks for your atention. but no solution. This is original radio in my car and no have recoded never. i supose ist damage eeprom for very very time no used and no chargue batery.
