I had a paper jam in my HP LaserJet 1100 and couldn't figure out how to remove it. It wasn't a full piece of paper; just a small slip (backing off an adhesive card) it was only about a half inch and was caught between the two rollers below where the toner was. I saw that there were two screws that were holding a piece of the printer (it's what the paper was trapped under). So i took the screws out.... Now I can't get it back in and a couple pieces on the end have come undone from each other (i'm sure the screw was holding it all together).....
Okay I'm a moron and shouldn't have started messing with it in the first place. Now that we are all clear on that... can anyone help?
Is it something that I can fix myself or is the printer trash?
PLEASE??!!! Help if you can! |
