Orion 120 VCR

I have a VCR Orion 120. The problem is loading a tape. You push the tape in the VCR, the tape will not load:(

The load motor spins and nothing happens, after 3-5 seconds the power turns off; the digital time leds will continue to flash on and off. When I turn the power on and off, the cycle happens over and over again. Any ideas what the problem could be.

I checked the load motor belt, and the belt is in good shape. I thought it could be a load alignment issue. If it is a load alignment problem, can you guide me with instructions and pictures on how to proceed?

I also checked and cleaned the mode switch.
