HP Picture Frame goes black

HP 8" Digital Picture Frame model df810v1. Screen initially lights up with images but after a few minutes, the screen goes dark. Would this likely be a capacitor problem? None of the capacitors appear to be bulging. I could post a picture of the board if someone would tell me how to do it. Thanks.
