If the 14 digit serial number stamped in the side of the case is
PHAPBFV9140839 then the original code is 2341

If you look for the 14 digit serial number stamped in the side of the case if it is
the PHAPBFV9140839 previously quoted and the 2341 code isn't working then
I think the radio has been recoded , if the serial number is different then please post it to see if we can help.

Sorry , after all that your radio is just too new !
The free philips database goes to 1999/2000 and the last number for this model radio is PHACCFX9140781 ( missed by 58 radio's ! )
The code will be available online from the serial number from a paying site , of course they can only give you the original number ( ok if it hasn't been recoded )
Another possibility , if you have a cheap car breaker nearby get a slightly older radio (PHACCFX9140781 or older ) and we should be able to supply a code !
