METRIX OX2000 oscilloscope service manual or schematics

Hello,

I have just buy a METRIX OX2000 oscilloscope that present what seems to be a power supply problem. When i power it on, i just get the power led blinking with a "tic tic" noise from the power supply. It started a couple of times when i was making tests. I replaced all capacitors on the psu with no results. I have tested the psu with small charges (5W resistors) on all voltages outputs and it works with voltages ok.

So, i'm looking for any schematic of the psu or any service manual.
