Schneider STV-3600

Hey,
I could use some help with this old TV. It is dead (but you can feel the high voltage on the screen)
I found that the resistor R425 and the zener diode ZD402 whas defect. And also the transistor Q404 is defect. See pic:

But when I measure the Base-emitter on the print (with the transistor soldered out) it is still shortened. That can't be right.
I don't have the schematics, so I am lost.
Anyone who know this problem? Or does anyone have the schematics?
