ITT NOKIA 7181 32" TV

hi everyone, i have a ITT NOKIA 7181 32" TV, and im looking for a service manual for it, or parts list. i have looked on the internet but still havnt had any luck yet! The TV itself has some kind of power problem, and keeps flickering then turns itself off.

i hope someone will be able to help me find a place where i can get parts for it or a service manual

All i found is it is CHASSIS DIGI BE2110

It sounds as if the filter capacitors have dried up or gone open circuit.
