I have no electronics background. We just pulled a motherboard from a ducted heating system in my home for the third time. The repair techs keep telling us this is the problem but it seems to simplistic an explanation for me.
We kept the last one and i want to see if the motherboard is okay. Is there a simple test i could do or should I take it somewhere to test it??

Know the feeling...... being at the mercy of repair man
Really, there is no "simple" way without knowing more of the device? While it may be a simple or common problem within the board, it is next to impossible to tell unless someone who is either familiar with the specifics or at least has some technical background to check the obvious. |
