Squiggly lines...

I have a black screen with squiggly lines. It is a philips 43p8341/37. The front panel (power button, vol, channel) does not work all the time either. You have to keep pressing them repeatedly to get them to do something. Remote works same way as front panel. Sometimes the pic is good,... but most of the time it is just a red, blue, and green squiggly line.... Any info would help! Already took the back off and cleaned it out.... The pic was dark, so when I took the back off, I played with these.... :

The pic got brighter,..... But after turning it off, and then on again, I get squiggly lines..... Thanks
