panasonic tv flickers

I have a panasonic tv model CT-20G11CU.
The picture flickers when the volume is turned up and also if you tap any part of the tv.
This is what I have done so far, I soldered the pins at the flyback and any other major component thinking that there might be a broken solder.This did not help,if anyone has any ideas it would be greatly appreciated.

look at the power supply you might have a leahy cap causing ripple look for bulgy big cap.
