Toshiba Laptop p-10-304

Dear Friends,
I have a Toshiba Laptop model no. Satellite P-10-304. Problem is : it is not charging battery from a.c. adepter whenever in use. we might have to shut the laptop within 1 hour and then recharge the battery and again use it.

Maybe the ac adapter is not charging enough? I think they are 13.8 volts @ 3 or 4 amps. Can you load test it?

My friend by sure you are using a 19V a/c. I will also recommend you to update the bios to the Version 2.00. If you have any problem trying to find the bios update, please contact me!!!
