Proview monitor repair

Hi
Have problems with Proview 550DX 15" (MD 560 D6) monitor
1--Cant go to the "rotate" select, so screen is always inclinated (memory seems out)
2--Some screen flashes, seems like little cut out of power supply, this problem may be the #1 cause.
Have somebody tips for above or schematic ??
