Acer 7377xe monitor

my 7377xe monitor has fried resistors R330 and R356. Any idea what their values are and why they might have burnt in such a noisy and spectactular way?

... mine has a funny defect, focus is not stable, after few minuts changes and is not possible to regulate it, neither adjusting focus trimmers.
