Philips Mdl 27PT543S37A, L01.1U Chass, Option byte reset

Original gripe: TV will come on for 2~5 seconds then shuts down. Changed Trans. 7461 (had mild scortch on board under it) and it fixed it. Now, during full check out prior to customer delivery, unit won't display when AV#2 and side (front) jacks used, A/V1and "F" works fine. Need help with resetting/reprogramming Option bytes. I have bytes and they are: 0 23 1 1 252 152 0.

The option Bytes that you have listed are the correct ones for that model. If these are the Bytes that are displayed when you enter the "SDAM" then I would not change them. ----- Is it possible that the customer has programmed these functions out?
