No sound, only white noise in Philips MD1.1E and MD1.2E

Reason: Defective Nicam L module.
Solution: as module is expensive and sometimes hard to find: modify
circuitry to mono.
Remove the module. Insert a double 5,5 Mc X-tal filter (2822 242 70714)
between CVBS out (on emitter of transistor 7100), and pin 3 where the
module was removed. Works perfectly and costs hardly anything.
